Dave co-founded Didit with Kevin Lee in 1996. Prior to this, he launched the United States Information Corporation, which became one of the largest electronic publishers of Federal Government bidding and contract information in the United States. Dave's first technological direct marketing company, Logicsoft, was founded in 1980 and was named by Inc. Magazine as the 4th fastest growing private company of 1984. Dave earned his MBA from New York University.

From co-founding the company in 1996 to his election as SEMPO Chair, the Search Engine Marketing Professional Organization, in 2005, Kevin Lee has shaped both Didit and the entire search engine marketing field. As author of the seminal work on search strategy, Search Engine Secrets; a weekly columnist for the search engine news source ClickZ; and a frequent contributor to Catalog Age, Kevin's influential views on Search Engine Marketing have been read by thousands.

Vice President, Industry Relations

Mark serves as a central point of contact for all search engine representatives, stays current with all their new developments and offerings, and leverages these relationships to provide Didit's clients with exclusive access to search-related advertising opportunities. Mark also works closely with industry organizations such as SEMPO, the IAB, Shop.org, DMA, and manages Didit's presence at tradeshows and other events.

Heidi Zafran

Vice President of Human Resources

In this role, Heidi is responsible for attracting and retaining the type of superior talent that Didit needs to service the most complex campaigns in the industry and maintain its position as a growing, cutting-edge business. Heidi came to Didit from Hudson, a global staffing and solutions firm, where she was also Director of HR. Prior to Hudson, Heidi spent most of her career at Grey Worldwide (now part of the WPP group) where she was Vice President of Human Resources.

John Virgil

John Virgil

Vice President, Operations

John started working for Didit in 2000 as a key member of the software engineering team, charged with the design and development of the original Maestro system. Subsequently, he made the decision to become a Sales Engineer, where he worked with the Sales and Client Services Departments on technology-related issues. In his current role he uses his vast experience with the company to solve issues with processes, improve the use of Maestro, and improve our internal communications system.

Steve Lagnado

Controller

Steve provides financial analysis and long-range forecasting to guide Didit’s organizational decisions at every level, and also oversees the financial operations. He came to Didit from a position as Corporate Controller of Unicast Communications, where he played a crucial role in overseeing due diligence during their 2004 acquisition by Viewpoint.

Matt Roman

Vice President, Engineering

Matt is in charge of all technology-related aspects of Didit including Maestro development, support and infrastructure, as well as corporate applications and infrastructure. Matt’s background is in embedded real-time software engineering. He has worked for such companies as Lockheed Martin Fairchild Systems and Computer Associates.

Renee has been a member of the Didit team since the summer of 2005. In her current role, Renee applies her keen sense of detail and strong organizational skills to the overall department management as well as relationship management to our marquee clients. As the leader of the largest department within Didit, Renee ensures the inter-departmental integration within the company is top priority.

Vice President, Business Development

Ross has been with Didit since 2006 and leads its Business Development team, a role involving extensive consultation with select businesses to help them leverage search engine marketing, while profiting from the influence with offline and online purchases. Ross has more than 14 years of online media/search experience, including positions at ValueClick/Fastclick, IAC (Ask.com), iwon/Excite.com, MaxOnline/MaxWorldwide, L90, and Deja.com.
