Search Engine Specialist – Waltham, MA

The Search Engine Specialist is responsible for the execution of campaign management projects assigned by the Account Manager. The Search Engine Specialist is a support person for the team and is responsible for implementation tasks across the team’s client roster. The Search Engine Specialist will be required to take on optimization tasks for portions of a client’s campaign in order to develop into the Associate Account Executive role. Position is available in our Waltham, MA office.

Programmatic Media Manager – Mineola, NY


  • Manage display campaign performance across different platforms and continuously identify opportunities to optimize and increase incremental ROI (Trade Desk a plus)
  • Analyze data and draw actionable insights, measure KPI’s against marketing objectives
  • Create annual, quarterly and campaign-specific budgets and accurate routine forecasts for display demand exposures
  • Oversee tagging, reporting, trafficking, and related aspects of campaign execution
  • Work closely with Account Management and Digital Media leadership to conceptualize, execute, and report on campaign strategy and effectiveness
  • Participate in client calls to discuss account performance, interpretation of data, and actionable plans based on findings
  • Collaborate cross-channel with other teams to provide client with a holistic view of their digital footprint and better understanding of how each channel interacts with each other
  • Develop and manage digital customer segmentation strategy to effectively target customers in different stages of the customer journey
  • Formulate end-to-end test plans to identify new, creative ways of acquiring or reactivating customers and develop ways to scale test based on detailed findings
  • Become programmatic display, native, audio and video SME within marketing organization and keep team abreast of new emerging display trends and digital best practices

Postition Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree required, major in business, marketing, statistics, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience directly managing display campaigns through GDN, Facebook, TradeDesk and/or other publishers
  • Familiarity with Social Platforms a plus
  • High energy and passion for digital marketing and digital display
  • Quick learner and highly adaptable to new tools and practices
  • Strong understanding of digital media planning parameters and measurement criteria
  • Exceptional quantitative skills and aptitude including intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and organizational skills as well as the the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
