Didit, a Mineola, New York-based digital advertising and marketing company, announced today that it has acquired SEOPledge, a full-service search engine optimization firm located in Hicksville, NY. SEOPledge had been funded by Canrock Ventures, a Long Island-based venture capital firm.
“SEOPledge will perfectly complement Didit’s existing SEO team. This expansion will further accelerate our growth in the area of SEO and content marketing,” said Didit CEO Kevin Lee. “Content is more important than ever given the intersection of relevance signals across the search and social media landscape,” added David Pasternack, Didit President.
