Help Desk Technician

• Basic tasks in Windows Server 2003, Active Directory, and Exchange - creation of user accounts, mailboxes, groups, and aliases, password resets and other common tasks.

• Troubleshooting and resolving problems with Windows XP desktops and laptops, including replacing hardware (batteries, keyboards, power supplies, memory, disks, video cards, etc), and maintaining inventory of spare hardware (desktops, laptops, monitors, and accessories). Also responsible for provisioning new hardware for users.

Account Manager

The Account Manager is a direct support for the Account Director and will be the daily client relationship manager on selected accounts. They are responsible for management of initial paid search requirements, goal-setting, development of paid search marketing plans and presentations. They are thought leaders and experts in managing Didit’s core service offerings through Didit’s cross-functional Client Services teams. The Account Manager is responsible for client retention and satisfaction. The Account Manager is seen a leader both externally and internally.

Strategist

The Strategist is responsible for the overall health of their client’s campaigns. This includes account stability and growth opportunities. They will utilize their in depth knowledge of Maestro as well as the implementation of best practices to achieve success through meeting and exceeding client goals. The goals will be established during the post tracking discussion and agreed upon by all parties. The Strategist will need to be agile in their approach should these goals change over time. The Strategist will develop all overarching client strategies and make sure they are carried out properly and with utmost consideration for the client’s goals. They will utilize hands on optimization as well as the delegation of optimization projects to attain proper client performance. It is imperative that the Strategist properly coordinate client initiatives with both the Account Executive and the Account Manager.

Account Executive

The Account Executive manages all basic optimization elements of search engine marketing campaigns. Their primary responsibilities are effective campaign setup, launch, and performance stability vs. client goals and campaign targets. They are responsible for the successful maintenance of campaign based on various changes that may occur (ex: market, competitive, testing, expansion-related initiatives, etc.). All daily campaign-related work is coordinated through the Account Executive.

Associate Account Executive

The Associate Account Executive supports the AE in managing all basic optimization elements of search engine marketing campaigns. The AAE will execute campaign optimization tactics and implementation tasks as assigned by the AE and AM. The Associate Account Executive’s goal is to fully understand all aspects of campaign management in order to take on more proactive optimization tasks to further contribute to the team’s success.

Analyst

An Analyst is responsible for researching, analyzing and reporting findings that are applicable for growth and improvement strategies. They are tasked with ongoing campaign review for opportunities that include: Engine Expansion/Analysis, Keyword Expansion Analysis, Segmentation Analysis (Geographic, Time of Day, Day of Week, Channel). They review the data in order to verify that there is enough statistically relevant data to perform a thorough analysis. After analysis has been completed, report key findings and recommendations to the Strategist. An Analyst’s success is measured by their ability to accurately analyze available data and report back relevant key findings to the team in a timely manner. They will also be measured by the level of collaboration and consultation they provide to Strategists.

Account Coordinator

The Account Coordinator is responsible for the execution of campaign management projects assigned by the Account Manager. The AC is a support person for the team and is responsible for implementation tasks across the team’s client roster. The Account Coordinator will be required to take on optimization tasks for portions of a client’s campaign in order to develop into the Associate Account Executive role.
